What:  The community has 18 alleyways serving the townhomes. The alleys are being assessed and prioritized for repair or replacement as needed and according to budgetary restraints.

Cost: Bids are currently being sought, which will determine the scope of work possible this year. This project must be funded by the Townhome reserve funds. As of May 1st, we expect that means one alley will be completely redone, and the others will be resurfaced.

What: The middle pathway going through the open space between Syracuse St., Spruce Cir., and Trenton Way is scheduled to be replaced this year.

Why: The asphalt path is at the end of it’s life cycle. This path is the largest walking path in the community and has been prioritized for replacement this year.

When: Monday, August 12th through Saturday, August 17th.
