What: The board unanimously approved the removal of a 14-day waiting period when reserving the clubhouse.
Why: To streamline the reservation process. With the online reservation system (through the RowCal site), there is no longer a need to reserve 14+ days in advance. This eliminates the need to contact the management company for last-minute reservations.
When: Effective immediately
What: Recurring community lighting issues are addressed as they arise. The community has around 180 light fixtures throughout the neighborhood.
Why: The lights along trails and throughout the neighborhood are aging and require consistent maintenance and repairs.
How: The board hired a company to review all community lighting on a monthly basis for outages and fallen light fixtures. This company identifies and repairs lighting issues.
May 1st Update: The lighting system has been assessed, and various ‘major’ repairs have been completed (repairing concrete footers, re-securing bollards, correcting wiring issues).
What: The railing to the clubhouse and gate to the baby pool were repaired
Why: For safety and functionality.
Cost: ~$1,500
