The WC3 HOA will be submitting a grant proposal to the City of Centennial to secure funds to help cover a portion of the cost of re-landscaping the median on Mineral Dr. The plan is to xeriscape the median closest to the intersection of Mineral Dr., Phillips Cir, and Quince Way. The design will complement the median closest to Quebec St. that was re-landscaped in 2012. The re-landscaping of the median will update the entrance to Willow Creek and add beauty to the community as well as saving money on water and weekly maintenance.

The landscaping plan ( Final median plans ) can also be viewed on the front door of the clubhouse. Information pertaining to the grant program can be found on the City of Centennial’s website.
