What: Paver walls along the front and sides of townhomes.
Why: Many years ago, the community began a project to install paver borders along the front of the townhomes to improve aesthetics. This project has been completed in phases; this last phase is intended to complete the project.
When: initially expected completion by the end of 2023 – project completion has been updated to summer 2024
Status Updates
– 5/1/2024 – The project is close to completion but currently awaiting a final shipment of materials.
– 3/4/2024 – Due to weather, several portions of the project are still pending – the current expectation is completion by April 2024
-10/27/2023 – The board selected a vendor and is working on scheduling
-10/26/2023 – Prior bids were updated to reflect costs to remove plants and other obstructions. The project is pending board approval.
