Important Reminder: Architectural Control Committee Approval Required

Before making any exterior changes to your home or landscaping, please remember that approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is required.

What Requires ACC Approval?

All exterior modifications must receive prior approval, including but not limited to:

  • Home Exterior Changes: Painting, siding, roofing, windows, doors, shutters, and any structural additions or modifications
  • Landscaping Projects: New plantings, tree removal, garden installations, retaining walls, and hardscaping
  • Outdoor Structures: Fences, decks, patios, gazebos, sheds, and play equipment
  • Driveways and Walkways: Paving, resurfacing, or material changes
  • Outdoor Lighting: Decorative or security lighting installations

How to Submit Your Request

  1. Submit your Request Form on the management company website or to their management office
  2. Include detailed plans showing proposed changes, materials, colors, and placement
  3. Submit your completed application at least 30 days before your planned start date
  4. Wait for written approval before beginning any work

Important Notes

  • No work should begin until you receive written approval from the ACC
  • Unapproved changes may result in fines and required removal at the homeowner’s expense
  • The ACC meets regularly to review applications and typically responds well within 30 days
  • When in doubt, submit an application – it’s better to be safe than sorry!
