Our Homeowners Association is seeking dedicated residents to serve on the Board of Directors. Two current board members from our townhome community will be stepping down at the end of their terms, creating exciting opportunities for new voices and perspectives.

Two Board Member positions will be available starting with the next term. These roles offer a meaningful way to contribute to our community’s future and ensure our neighborhood continues to thrive.
What Board Members Do
- Attend monthly board meetings
- Help make decisions about community maintenance and improvements
- Review and approve the annual budget
- Work with property management on day-to-day operations
- Represent the interests of all residents
Who Can Apply
All homeowners in good standing are eligible to run for the board.
